Leaked documents show new corruption, smuggling scandals in Poroshenko government

June 3, 2016 -
Translated by J. Arnoldski

“Now that the topic of the Party of Region’s “black accounting” is once again being heard, I will tell you a story about some revealing documents,” the politician Viktor Baloga wrote on his Facebook page on May 31st.

“In October 2015, I passed on some 109 pages worth of documents about smuggling in Transcarpathia to Mr. Trepak, in which there were names of border crossing points across which illegal cargo flows, as well s dates, invoice copies, and the names of officials and even photos of smuggled goods,” Baloga writes.

Baloga reports that these documents contain specific examples with serious evidence that show how brand clothing from Italy is imported under the guise of rags from Bangladesh and China and which specific law enforcement officials stand behind this whose relatives work as customs brokers.

The politician writes that more than six months have passed since then. “Has anyone heard anything about high-profile resignations, criminal proceedings, and arrests? I personally haven’t heard anything. The SBU only managed to give a formal reply to the effect of ‘this issue is not in our jurisdiction,” Baloga emphasizes.

The political stated: “Therefore, I’m not so much skeptical as to the “black accounting” of the Party of Region itself as I am in regards to something which has for some reason just now appeared.”

There are more than a few questions to be asked on this topic, Baloga writes.

  1. These documents were left lying around somewhere for two years. Anyone who needed to know knew and  those who needed them received them. And everyone was satisfied.
  2. The majority of the names on the list are decommissioned pilots, whose services are not needed.
  3. If these documents have been so long in the hands of the security services, then why to this day are members of the Central Electoral Commission not in prison? After all, as opposed to sociologists and PR consultants, these individuals receiving money from a political party is a clear crime.
  4. Let’s say that just now the time has come to tell the public who ate from the hands of Yanukovich. Why has the information been dosed? This is not so much a triumph of justice as it is blackmailing of those whose names have not yet been announced.

The politician adds that if one takes a look at the pool of Bankovaya street's experts, the subjects in the news, and at the MP’s who have abruptly begun to love the government and win the coalition, and if one looks at the Central Electoral Commission which has for months refused to believe that Yeremeev is no longer alive, then it becomes clear that the Bloc of Petr Poroshenko is working with the same methods. Moreover, in his time Yanukovich financed some political projects, and now Poroshenko is financing “Our Land,” “Freedom of the People,” and the Agrarian Party. Consequently, this “black accounting” has to be somewhere.

All of this is nothing other than a new “Melnichenko cassette scandal.” In any normal country, the chairman of the Central Electoral Commission who appeared in such documents would be arrested immediately. But in our country he gets state awards, continues to serve, and maybe even earns the same amount. Only this time from a different cashier....

UN Report Confirms the Existence of Illegal SBU Prison Where People Are Held Without Trial

Translated by Ollie Richardson for Fort Russ
30th May, 2016

The world's support of the Kiev regime has been given another very unflattering breach. The Kiev regime brought it upon itself, as it simply could not but bring it, as concealing its true nature for long is almost an impossible task. Evidence has arrived that any Western politician who denotes loyalty to the Kiev regime are patrons of monsters, sadists, and criminals. SBU has created a number of places of unlawful detention of persons charged with so called separatism where access is not provided to any international organizations. Dozens of people are kept without any trial in places of deprivation of liberty by the Kiev regime.

This data is presented in the report of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, reports "Politnavigator".

Paragraph 48 of the report says: "the office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights remains very concerned at the systematic reports of people detained by the security Service of Ukraine in informal places of detention. These places are not available for national preventive mechanisms and international organizations.

Credible reports coming from victims and their relatives indicate common patterns of behavior in multiple divisions of the SBU. From the very beginning of the conflict from a large number of credible stories of victims, their relatives became aware of a network of informal detention centres, often located in the basements of buildings of the regional departments of the security service.

OHCHR recalls that the prohibition of unacknowledged detention is not subject to derogation".

However, paragraph 49 of the High Commissioner of United Nations for Human Rights states that the security service without charge or extension of any charges holds dozens of prisoners in prison of Kharkov, in fact, on the rights of the hostages, which will be given to the LPR in exchange for the Ukrainian prisoners.

In particular, representatives of the UN stated: "...in the building of the Kharkiv regional department of the SBU are 20 to 30 people illegally detained incommunicado. In response to the question about their fate and whereabouts, employees of the SBU have systematically denied any involvement in this.

According to information collected by OHCHR, the vast majority of persons detained in the Kharkov management of SBU were not arrested in a lawful manner, and still have not received charges, despite the fact that they are being held for alleged association with armed groups.

These detainees will stay in such conditions as long as they will not be given to armed groups in the framework of the simultaneous release of the detainees".

In addition, representatives of the office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights have documented the torture of relatives of prisoners by employees of the SBU.

The UN mission notes that the staff of the SBU in Mariupol and Odessa used violence and torture against the inmates' relatives.

In particular, paragraph 50 of the report on Ukraine states that "employees of the SBU detained and are likely to have tortured women - female relatives of men suspected of belonging to armed groups or having relationships with them...

On 8th December, 2015, in the village of Shchurove,  Donetsk regional employees of the SBU arrested at her home a 74 year old woman looking for her son — according to the UN report. She was being held in the SBU building in Mariupol, accused of "terrorism", and was beaten..."

OHCHR also documented the case of three women who were detained in May 2015 in a region controlled by Kiev in the city of Donetsk. Among the victims were the wife of the commander of the armed group and her daughter. The daughter, according to UN experts, was tortured, and both women were threatened with sexual violence.

In Odessa, the SBU tortured the son of a supporter of federalization with his father. The UN report says that the accused "...was pressured to sign a confession, in particular he was tortured by the Odessa management of the SBU.

During interrogation, he was reportedly strangled by a plastic bag placed on his head, and was struck in the face, head, and body. Then the SBU officers reportedly took him into the hallway of the SBU building, where he was shown his son, whom they arrested. The son was taken to a separate room, and the father heard terrible screams.

In another case, also by the Odessa management of SBU, a pregnant woman, in October 2015, was detained along with her husband at the checkpoint while crossing the contact line  in the Donetsk region, was subjected to psychological threats. She subsequently lost the baby, which she claims was the result of the abuse she suffered during detention," says the official report of the UN office for Human Rights.

Earlier it was reported that the same report stated that the SBU beat out the testimony of the detainees on the events of the 9th May 2014 in Mariupol under torture.

As a reminder, previously, the UN Mission on monitoring Human Rights and detention of prisoners stated the SBU refused to grant access to prisoners. The mission, after the  second scandal in its history, left the country without completing the study.

FSB: CIA Is in Charge of Ukrainian Security Sevices, SBU Agent Detained (Press Release)

March 31, 2016

FSB (Federal Security Service of Russian Federation) press release

Translated by Kristina Kharlova

Agent of Department of counterintelligence of the Central apparatus of the Security Service of Ukraine has been detained

On March 26 an employee of the Department of counterintelligence of the central apparatus of Security service of Ukraine, Colonel Yury Ivanchenko was detained on the territory of Russian Federation.  Ivanchenko arrived to Russia under the pretext of visiting relatives, despite the fact that SBU prohibits its employees from visiting Russia.

Even before his arrival in Russia, FSB received advance information that the SBU and the CIA prepared the operation for Ivanchenko's recruitment by the FSB by offering his services.

It is known that at present representatives of U.S. intelligence who oversee all the work of the SBU against Russia operate at the SBU building.

First time Ivanchenko tried to offer his services to the FSB of Russia in 2014.

SBU agent had to interest FSB in his capabilities to obtain secret information and convince FSB of the need to communicate with him in Kiev through secret drop points.

At some stage SBU and CIA planned to capture the FSB agent red-handed, while obtaining information from Ivanchenko.

After the detention, Ivanchenko, not fearing of being convicted of treason, demanded to call the Ukrainian Embassy in Moscow. The opportunity to contact the Ukrainian Embassy was provided.

Because the acts of the foreigner did not cause damage to security of Russian Federation, he will be deported to Ukraine and banned from entering Russia.

SBU General: There are No Russian Agents or Officers Detained in Ukraine

Yurasumy - Live Journal

Lies always come out (but sometimes when no one is listening.)

I remember in the spring and summer the population of Ukraine was threatened with seemingly hundreds of FSB detainees. Dozens of officers of GRU. Turned out that the number of those and the others detained is ZERO (BIG ROUND ZERO):

Kiev, December 8 (PolitNavigator, Victoria Litovchenko):

The head of the main investigation department of the Security Service of Ukraine Vasily Vovk announced that there are no FSB generals or officers of the GRU detained by SBU.

He said this during a broadcast of "Freedom of Speech". According to him, there are more than 200 people detained associated with Donetsk and Lugansk Republics.

"There is no difference in relation to a particular person depending on his nationality," - he said, answering to a question whether there are representatives of other States, or only citizens of Ukraine.

Noodles are needed only during lunch. Now no one wants these noodles, and the Ukrainian people entirely missed the truth about the 'spies' (and I'm angry, I will remind Gebbels junta about their lies). And the truth is simple - THERE WAS NO RUSSIAN AGENTS AND OFFICERS. This is what was announced by the head of the main investigation department of the Security Service of Ukraine, Vasily Vovk.

P.S. Judging by the responses, there are no Russian citizens there either. But he was just too shy to say that (already it looks pretty bad. Let this one intrigue remain).

P.P.S. What will Maidanites come up with to cover the words of the SBU General? Agree that they lied?
