(VIDEO) Watch CIA-Trained ''Moderate FSA" Fail at Russian Jet take-down

June 4, 2016 -
Translated by J. Arnoldski

Militants of the “CIA’s” 13th division of the Free Syrian Army have published a video in which they try to shoot down a Russian SU-35.

In the video footage, the militants apparently attempted to show all of their heroism in preparing to shoot an old large-caliber machine gun.

As usual, the “moderates” were incapable of understanding that it is impossible to shoot down a modern aircraft flying at high altitude without using an anti-aircraft machine gun.

The 13th division of the “Free Syrian Army” is famous for being trained and armed by the CIA.

The militants of the SFA’s 13th division were recently caught in a scandal concerning the failure of training militants. The US Department of Defense released the information that these “rebels” trained by American instructors gave their equipment away to terrorists of “Jebat al-Nusra” in exchange for safe passage.

Later, Islamists of the Al-Nusra Front recounted how their side had been crossed by Syrian militants of the “13th division” who had been trained in Turkey by American servicemen. According to the “Nusrites,” the “rebels” gave all their weapons up to representatives of the terrorist group immediately after crossing the border.

At the end of last year, Lieutenant colonel Ahmad Saoud, the commander of the 13th division of the “FSA” stated: “We recently received a much larger number of American TOW rockets. With these anti-tank TOWs we will destroy the Russians and will not allow them to achieve their goals. We have received many such missiles in recent days.”

Did Russia Bomb Al-Nusra in Idlib on 30th May?

By Ollie Richardson for Fort Russ
31st May, 2016

On the evening of Monday, 30th May 2016, the Syrian province of Idlib was attacked by mysterious missiles from mysterious jets. The attacks were numerous and pinpoint. Various photos of the aftermath appeared on social networks within minutes, as well as a video from the definitely-not-a-US-NGO White Helmets.

Numerous Twitter accounts published information that the Russian airforce had been given the green light for airstrikes, although where they flew to exactly was not specified.

Both Western media (Reuters et al) and eastern independent media (Al Masdar) published articles citing Russia being the source of the airstrikes:

But then, on the afternoon of May 31st, the Russian Ministry of Defence issued a statement denying their involvement in the attacks:

Information Warfare

The mainstream media has established a system whereby al-Nusra & Co. have been camouflaged as 'civilians'. Any 'hospital' that is bombed by Russia is instantly portrayed as an innocent place where children go when they get sick, from Assad's sieges and barrel bombs, naturally. There is no mention of the actual purpose of these hospitals, and why the White Helmets are so quick on the scene, or even who they are...

The most probable reason for this statement is that Russia is countering the US' simulacra with its own simulacra. The overlapping of these hyper-realities creates a digital environment where only the US can bomb not only civilian infrastructure  but also the Syrian Army itself with impunity, as lapdogs like CNN and Fox News can cover for them using its web of phoney NGOs (Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, for example) should any information on civilian casualties leak out.

State run media is essentially words from the horse's mouth in this era of fourth generation warfare, and when we see Reuters and Russia Today publish contrary versions of events (and later Reuters will cite the MoD's statement), we are seeing another battle in the information war unfold before our very eyes. What actually happened becomes irrelevant (the terrorists are dead regardless), and the new reality is what must be swallowed by media consumers: Idlib was  bombed and civilians were killed; Russia denies it was their doing.

Regardless of what the media says, Russia bombed Al-Nusra last night in Idlib, and it's a real shame that we are now living in an era where this good deed is contorted by Capitol Hill into something sinful.

It really isn't difficult to imagine that Takfiri compounds are designed (by the US of course) in a way where a make-shift hospital is placed in the center, and a few civilians are admitted for treatment for basic complaints (it helps if they are brainwashed with Salafi ideology too). The 'hospital' could have a direct line to US NGOs also. There could even be a designated area that is barren for the US to bomb and later claim they did something.

As usual, the reader must make their own mind up...

Duma States the Need to Expand the Military Operation of Russia in Syria

Translated by Ollie Richardson for Fort Russ
28th May, 2016

The State Duma spoke about the need to expand the military operation of Russia in Syria: The airforce needs in the near future to make unilateral airstrikes on militants from "al-Nusra (terrorist group forbidden in Russia). This was stated by the head of the Duma Committee on Defense, former Black Sea fleet commander Admiral Vladimir Komoyedov.

According to Komoyedov, while Russia was waiting for US' response to the joint action plan, Jabhat al-Nusra managed to regroup forces. "During this period, "al-Nusra" has increased, regained strength, and is mostly active... we should not just run, and it's time to end this," he said in an interview to"Interfax".

According to the head of the Duma Committee on Defense, if active operations against Jabhat al-Nusra" in Syria do not begin, "it is possible to lose something positive that has been achieved".

On Wednesday, the official representative of the Ministry of Defense of Russia Igor Konashenkov said that it was decided to postpone attacks on the militant group because of terrorists and troops of the Syrian opposition.

According to the representative of the Defense Ministry, calls by the opposition groups came from various provinces of Syria, especially from Aleppo and Damascus.

Earlier, Russia suggested to the United States, from May 25th, to start a joint attack with the aerospace forces of the Russian Federation and aircraft from the coalition led by the United States on the units of al-Nusra and other groups that do not support the cessation of hostilities. As was noted, in the event of refusal, the Russian Federation reserves the right on this day to unilaterally destroy the terrorists. The Pentagon said that Washington does not intend to coordinate their military actions in Syria with Russia.

Syrian State News: Muhaysini Killed in Idlib

Fort Russ - 9th April, 2016

According to the state-owned “Syrian Arab News Agency” (SANA), the Syrian Arab Air Force (SAAF) reportedly killed the infamous Jabhat Al-Nusra (Syrian Al-Qaeda group) leader, ‘Abdullah Al-Muhaysani, in rural Idlib on Friday.

Citing a military official, SANA reported that Al-Muhaysani was killed by an airstrike over the Al-Zawiya Mountains in western Idlib; however, no footage was presented to validate the claim.

Abudllah Al-Muhaysani is a notorious Al-Qaeda leader that hails from Saudi Arabia. If the news of his death proves true; this will be Jabhat Al-Nusra’s most prominent casualty during the Syrian War.

Is Jabhat Al-Nusra Waiting for Clinton?

By Ollie Richardson for Fort Russ
5th April, 2016

After attempting to sabotage the peace talks in Geneva by excluding the Kurds and being generally uncooperative with the 4+1 (Russia, Iran, Iraq, Damascus + Hezbollah), the Higher Negotiations Committee magically included a Kurd among their ranks who represented Kurdistan as much as Saakashvili represents Odessa. After another round of talks, Russia decided to withdraw the main focus of their ground forces and the excess air units that were no longer needed. This can be explained according to the "Principals of War", which state that:

"...employing all available combat power in the most effective way possible, in an attempt to allocate a minimum of essential combat power to any secondary efforts. It is the judicious employment and distribution of forces towards the primary objective of any person's conflict. Economy of force is the reciprocal of mass.
No part of a force should ever be left without purpose. The allocation of available combat power to such tasks, like limited attacks, defense, delays, deception or even retrograde operations is measured, in order to achieve mass at decisive points elsewhere on the battlefield."

It was later reported that the US and Russia were in talks to exchange information regarding the locations of Jabhat al-Nusra, indicating a possible deal had been reached between Washington and Moscow on how to tackle the remaining Takfiri strongholds (Aleppo, Deir Ezzor, Raqqa etc).

From the perspective of al-Nusra, this signifies that Barrack Obama is not willing to help, at least overtly, Turkey and Saudi proxies to encircle Aleppo, and prefers instead to pursue the liberation of other areas to benefit his own personal reputation as he is leaving office in November. On April 2nd, 3 prominent members of Al-Qaeda were killed by a US airstrike in Idlib - a further sign that Obama doesn't want to tarnish his reputation by further dancing with the Ottoman-Wahhabi devil.

There is also the curious case of the secret CIA trip to Moscow - the meeting that actually mattered, not the Geneva talks, which are mainly for the cameras. The CIA will have most likely discussed what will happen with Raqqa, which is ultimately what the war in Syria will boil down to.

Currently, the 4+1 is planning a large offensive in Aleppo as they are seemingly aware that Al-Nusra is willing to dig their proverbial heels in as the HNC could not regain diplomatically what groups like Ahrar al-sham, Jund al-Aqsa, and Jaish al-Islam lost militarily. This is simply because the Russian airforce has been extremely efficient in their operations, even introducing the KA-52 helicopter into the arena. Iran has also been more than willing to send IRGC troops into Aleppo to give Turkey and/or Saud something to think about should they finally cross the red line.

For the reasons stated above, it would appear that Saudi Arabia and Turkey have realised that under Obama, the odds are very much stacked against them, and the only thing that can improve these odds is the election of Hillary Clinton as US President in November.

Well known for her ultra-liberal and hyper-Zionist tendencies, she would be more than willing to send US troops to Syria to push back the Syrian Army, and even lobby for a no fly zone. This would allow the partition plan to come to the surface, and of course, would allow the Takfiri proxies to gain militarily what cannot be gained diplomatically. This will certainly be playing on the mind of Russia, who most likely will want to liberate Aleppo with the utmost urgency.

The news that a Syrian Su-22 was shot down in Aleppo by a Nusra MANPADs (fired by Ahrar al-Sham who have the same ideology) is also a sign that Nusra is more than willing to pick off the occasional aerial target and bury themselves underground, waiting for Hillary Clinton to enter the desert like Zbigniew Brzezinski once did in Afghanistan in 1979.

Russia bombs Al-Nusra fortification in Saraqeb, Syria (Video)

Fort Russ - 30th November, 2015

Russia has delivered Syrian citizens some fried Nusrats, although we suspect even the dogs will turn their noses up at the free meal...
