French Senator Nathalie Goulet, after the attacks in Belgium, stated that there is a Jihadist preparation camp in Ukraine.
In a broadcast on French radio, she said that the terrorist camp is based in the heart of Ukraine, namely in the Dnipropetrovsk region. There are special military training volunteers from the North Caucasus and Central Asia, consisting of Chechens, Turks, and Jordanians.
When asked where the Senator obtained such information from, she responded by saying that the evidence was provided by the head of the Ukrainian security services, Vasyl Hrytsak.
Mr Hrytsak has documented evidence of the presence of Islamic terrorists on the territory of Ukraine.
In confirmation of the Senator's words, she showed photos of Hrytsak's business card.
Speaker of the SBU Elena Gitlyanskaya confirmed that the politicians had met, but noted that other issues were discussed. She said that indeed there were cases of the detection of such camps in the Dnipropetrovsk region. It was last year, but now they do not exist.
The ambassador of Ukraine to France, on his page on Facebook, published an official letter that denies the "sensational" statement by Goulet. In his defense, he said that Ukraine has nothing to do with ISIS.
However, information has already been leaked to the international media. The foreign heads of States are now starting to ask questions. Currently, it is the words of French Senator Nathalie Goulet against the words of the Ukrainian government, plus documented evidence. And all this has taken place on the eve of the referendum in the Netherlands.
The terrorist acts committed by ISIL terrorists in Europe once again prove that the terrorist organization has turned into a global military force. ISIL is valid worldwide and able to strike in several countries; Ukraine is not spared from this fate.
It seems that our government have chosen the country as one that can serve the Islamists as a "terrorist hub". Firstly, it is located near the centre of Europe. Secondly, it is constantly in a state of internal war and endless strife. It has a weak army, and is very focused on the other enemy, and the corrupt government will help the terrorists turn it into a "terrorist hub", to turn it a base for money laundering, weapons, and human resources.
If this happens, Ukraine will not exist anymore, as its internal stability will be dealt a fatal blow.
Therefore, ISIS poses more of a threat of "bloody attacks" for Ukraine than for Europe.
