The recently freed Russian citizen and hero of the Odessa resistance, Evgeny Mefedov, who survived the fire in the House of Trade Unions, has been arrested again. This has been reported by the famous Odessa journalist, Artem Buzila.

“New charges have been brought up against Mefedov under Article 110 on separatism. Oh my beloved article. He has been taken to prison. What scum…” he reported.

Buzila added: "[Mefedov] was driven away accompanied by 'Self Defense' and 'Right Sector'. The guy had a nervous breakdown."

According to other sources, Mefedov has been charged with threatening murder.

The victim in such a case is the main witness of May 2nd, Aleksandr Posmichenko, who stated that Mefedov allegedly threatened to kill him on the grounds of national hostility.

As Russian Spring reported earlier, on May 27th, the Malinovsky District court of Odessa released Mefedov from custody and placed him under the restraint measure of house arrest.
