Assad: Syria's New Constitution Will Not Be Submitted From Abroad

The office of the President of Syria Bashar al-Assad said that the draft of the new Constitution of the country will not be submitted by someone from abroad. It can only be formed by citizens of the Syrian Arab Rrepublic.

"Any draft of the new Constitution of the SAR will not be submitted from abroad; only the Syrians can agree on it. The project will be put to a referendum," quotes RIA Novosti.

It is noted that there is not even a draft version of the Constitution, therefore all information about its existence is not true.
