A Ukrainian executive government branch has declared Givi (Commander of the Somalia battalion  Mikhail Tolstykh) a wanted man.* We learn this from the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

According to the report, all information relating to Mikhail Tolstykh is on the list of fugitives from the authorities. It is noted that the DNR Army unit commander is considered "missing in the territory of Donetsk region since May 23 of this year."

The Ukrainian government accuses Givi under Art. 260 h 5: "formation of a paramilitary or armed group that is not authorized by law."  

The court has issued a call for his arrest.
